Training Items

StaffMIS simplifies managing your company’s training programs. It features a Training Items Index listing essential training components for various roles, departments, and locations, along with providers and courses offered.

StaffMIS includes training assignment and control, allowing easy assignment of training to staff. Once assigned, staff are notified of new training and can access the content. The system provides a certificate stored in their training record when they complete a course.

StaffMIS offers an end-to-end Training Records Store, documenting all Training and Qualifications employees have completed. Access records, including certificates at the touch of a button, or explore full Training Records for every staff member.

Training Items and staff completion status for each item is all displayed and managed through a powerful, interactive online Training Matrix. This provides an instant compliance overview of all staff’s trained status against all Training Items.

The system includes Course Management functionality, allowing you to create and manage Training Course Events. Staff can assign themselves to these events on the Training Course Events Calendar. Course Management also supports internal and external Training Course Assessors who can complete training with delegates at events. StaffMIS provides additional tools for Training Course Events.

The system additionally includes a built in Training Course Creation Studio. As a result, you can build basic internal e-learning and instructor-led courses with video, files, quizzes, exams, certification, and more.

StaffMIS Training Management integrates with the StaffMIS Information Management System. This turns procedures into trackable training items that can be included in your Training Matrix or a separate information matrix.

StaffMIS has built in Qualifications Management tools, which enable qualifications tracking and reporting, including expiry dates and alerts.

Staff can easily view their Training Journey, where they are in relation to all of the training they are required to do for their various job roles and the locations they work at.

A hybrid version of the StafMIS Training Management system, available to StaffMIS Partners clients. Train Dock Lite includes a limited range of Train Dock functions, such as data management, Training Matrix administration, and course event management.
